      Hey there,

Remembering your dreamgoal is often hard at first. My advice would be to set a dreamgoal, and keep repeating your intention to do it for a couple of weeks at least. It often takes some persistance before the idea manages to reach all the way into our dreams.

Often when I set myself a new dreamgoal, the first few lucid dreams will tend to have my remembering my old goal rather then my new one. But as time passes and my intention remains strong, sooner or later I'll begin remembering the new goal more and more.

Ofcourse, in big part its also related to how lucid you are. If your awareness isn't all that great you're not likely to remember your goal. If you have one of these full tilt lucid dreams where you can remember what you ate for breakfast that morning, well, you're a lot more likely to remember your goal too. So just working on lucidity itself can help you as well.

      Hope that helps,
