      ENLIGHTEN ME IF YOU CAN

      I have posted this before

It probably happens to every one but i dont understand it and if anyone can shed some light on it, please do.

I have always known im asleep when im sleeping, i dont try to control anything but my i have recently been over come with fear for my phisical body (my real body that i know is in my bed asleep) and i have to wake my self up by pulling my eyelids open, which isnt the easiest thing for me to do as my arms have hardly any co-ordination when im asleep.

I experience other stuff in my dreams but this is the only thing tha really baffeled me if anyone can let me know anything of relevance please do.

      Fanks
I have learned that i have learned nothing which has been taught and realised that you can never really teach, only by helping people to learn can you truly hope to guide yourself. Daniel(me)

If you you say you are aware you are sleeping (which is Lucid) but you do not take control of your dreams, I suggest you do. Take control and when you do simply say you want to wake up.

have you been smoking the ganja? that'll make you paranoid. other than that i don't know. just tell youself that you're safe in your bed and enjoy the dream.

I dont understand what the problem is.

Perhaps try this: Relax, realise there's nothing to be scared of, and get over it.
