      First WBTB/accidentle

Yesterday I took some vitamin b pills that had b6 and b12 in them i think. they had a lot of it in them to. I think they helped me have some of the most vivid dreams I ever had last night. It all started when I was having a dream of me having some semi lucid dreams very vivid I remember all of them very perfectly. I was driving with my brother and we drove off the bridge(idk how but w/e) and we started falling, it felt as if we were on a rollercoaster just free falling. I was scared shitless cus I was pretty sure we were going to die. It took like a minuete to hit the ground(was a long fall). When we hit the ground I instantly knew it was a dream. Everything went black and the dream faded. I woke up and I still felt the falling feeling but it went away. I then didnt move at all not one inch didnt open my eyes either and tryd re entering my dream from earlier. I instantly felt that falling feeling again, went into sleep paralysis and enetered my dream within a minuete. The falling feeling is exactly like your free falling..its so weird, I'm afraid of heights so it scared me at first but i didnt care I wanted to lucid dream! and i did =)

      and congratulations
Falling is common as both a dreamsign and sleep paralysis feeling. What you did, reentering the dream, is called DEILD. Sounds like you're a natural at this
