Confused on Reality Checks

Hey, I'm readin the book exploring the world of lucid dreaming by stephen laberge, and have a dream journal now with several entries. I guess i have really good dream recall, as I remember about 2 good long dreams per-night, but I have yet to become lucid. I know I need to start doing reality checks, but I am confused on what to do reality checks on! What should I look for in my dreams, to make sure to test it in a reality check? thanks

people here have tried to do RC's on watches every hour (me too) and I have come to the conclusion that it does not work that way, you really have to record more dreams and start to pick out a dream sign, something that you dream about the most. Then you should try to do an RC every time you see your dreamsign. I think it'll work better that wya.

ok, i think i have it - i'll post my dream signs.. if anyone could help me figure out what is a good time to reality check, let me know -- here they are : _____________ Dream 1: Alex's house did not look like his house. Looked sort of like mine. The old trucks for the 1850's I received for my birthday.. I wasn't even born then. _____________ Dream 2: Rozko tipping over because of uneven weight, like he was not even a real thing, more like an object. Me using computer file extensions to make him have even weight. _____________ Dream 3: Sniper rifles instantly turned into Cameras I wasn't doing that good, couldn't hit anyone Instantly turned into a glass-wal mod Tring to 'shoot' someone with a camera ______________ Dream 4: Battery was at 2% on the pocket pc, almost impossible to have _______________ Dream 5: Almost Impossible, a disease cannot be helped or treated by a 'problem solving' newscaster. A Disease wouldn't just come on and off usually. _______________ Dream 6: There being some weird electrical outlets next to my seat, including the light switch, which was way back in a corner of a room. Classroom became empty even though it was full a minute earlier. ________________ Dream 7: Adam being able to Drive There being an on and off switch "r" on the gear selector to make the steering capabilities 10x better. The manual clock changing by an hour. Virtual Computer with cody Text changing on log-in name. ]nsant transition to IRC Channel IRC Nickname having weird characters in it, which is impossible on efnet. __________________ I'll look these over a littel bit later, if anyone has any suggestions or can find a pattern or somethin, let me know!! thanks

I like to pick something a do a lot throughout the day to do a rc. I normally do a rc everytime I open a door. Works like a charm for me, whenever I walk through a door in a dream, I normally become lucid.
