How can i increase ld length

Hey everyone hows it all going?
Im having problems getting my lucids to last longer than a few minutes then i wake up.
How can i stabalize the dream more?
i concentrate on somthing and it improves clarity and the dream becomes a little bit more vivid, but it only ever lasts about 2 or 3 minutes maximum ive had about 6-7 lucids now but the length isnt improving.
what can i do to make it stable and last as long as possible?
thanks and as usual any and all replys are welcomed and appreciated.

Ive never managed to LD, but I heard dream-spinning works. Where you spin in place for a few seconds and when you stop your dream is clearer and you are in a deeper level of LD. But since Ive never done it I cant be sure.

I find spinning always makes me dizzy in a lucid for some reason. Always makes me laugh! But yeah just taking things slow, try not to rush too much and more importantly don't think about the dream ending, just enjoy it whilst it is there.

There are varous techniques like rubbing your hands, spinning, maybe try things like when you feel the dream fading remember to RC when you wake up as might be an FA.

I also hear that picking up something and feeling's its texture, whether it's hot or cold, or rough or smooth. Just using your senses helps as well.
