      the 10 minute dream

i fell asleep in history the other day and i was under the belief that u had to be in REM to dream but i dozed off for ten minutes(im sure because i fell asleep with ten minutes left in class and was awakened by the bell) and i had a dream kind o like a flashback to the previous year but it felt like a dream...any thoughts?
as long as I'm dreaming a reality...I'm the Juggernaut, bitch! ...[size=5][color=#3333FF]

You can dream the entire time you're sleeping. REM is just generally more vivid.

I agree, you can have a dream without REM but it's not vivid...that's why WILD takes so long.

Using WBTB with WILD should let you go straight to REM

Yep, I've been there. Fell asleep on the couch before school and had a very strange experience...
