[Lachesis]

Hi, I'm Lachesis. I've been reading here for a while, and studying other sites on Lucid Dreaming. Plus I've read a really good book about the subject, and discussed it with a friend who's an avid Lucid Dreamer. One of the most important points I've come across is the need to keep a Dream Journal. I've had a pad of paper by my bed for a while that I jot my dreams in after waking up but I needed to get them down someplace more permanent. I have my own personal weblog, and since I'm familiar with the procedure in keeping one up I decided to create a Dream Journal weblog. Plus I thought it might be an interesting place for a live community commentary of someone's ongoing Dream Journal and the process someone goes through to acheive this goal. I don't often see people use any of the names of Fate as a nick name. I am curious, where did you come to find the name? If it is from a certain line of books, I'll be surprised. Let's see if I can remember.. Lachesis.. Apollo.. Clotho. If I remember right, though, Lachesis is the elder. Anyways, interesting dream journal; I havn't delved into it completely, but I will!

She called herself Atropos for a while, which is the one who cuts the thread of fate - Lachesis measures the threads and the other one (name?) spins it. She is a Lucid Dreamer and got me interested in the whole business, so my name's in honor of her. Thanks for reading my Journal!
