RL affected by LONG Lucid Dream

If sometone had a lucid dream, say a year long (in the dream), and then woke up and had an algebra test or something the next day, would their memory or life be affected? Are there any reports of people "coming back" to their lives from an extremely long lucid dream?

I am not entirely sure about this, but from what I would guess, I would say that you wouldn't forget anything beyond what you would normally after a dream. A lucid dream is, after all, a dream. It's just a type of dream!

So... my guess would be nothing different...

No, you forget, cuz of chainging brain cells and that kind of things.(or not) If it was 1 night for your brain, than it wouldnt be a problem. It will be so coool to have that long dream.

Dreams don`t actually last one year in your mind, it`s just the memory alteration after the fact that makes it appear so, so your waking mind is safe...
