My lucid dreams are whack

So I never practised having lucid dreams, I just realize im dreaming. Like last night I dreamt my brother was in a mental home, but the guy was not my brother in reality but hes really a minister. Anyway I dreamt he then tried to kill me with a knife, and that's the kind of thing that makes me realize, wait, this guy is a minister not my mental brother, and why am I not dead yet from stabbing. That's when I realize oh yes this is a dream and im not really dying, and I often want to wake up because of the pain. Always when I realize im dreaming something bad happens. My thoughts may be 'crap, now theres gonna be a horrible monster around the corner who is gonna eat me alive and it will be so painful, then I walk, and bam there it comes, ive created it subconsionsly. Then I lay down pretend to be dead and try to wake up. I once tried spinning, but ofcourse, I do not end up in lala land but in hell. Yes hell, where im burned, and I get fed up from the dream and force myself to wake up. I never have fun lucid dreams :/

Aw geez. That sucks. You find it easy to recognize dreams but they're all nightnares. Maybe you should read up on dream control since you already seem t have attaining lucidity hammered.

It's not too dificult to control dreams... when you are in a lucid dream , try some easy things like teleporting, or flying, then some "summoning of people", metamorphosis, etc... i ca'nt give you a lot of ideas, i just could whithout pracatice...

i have tried stuff like looking at my hands, last night I tried looking at my hands, then I looked up and there were zombies with warning triangles as heads
