Ok so this has been happening lately |
Sounds like sleep paralysis to me. |
haha i have that now as well |
I don't think it's exactly Sleep Parylysis more like the onset of Sleep Parylysis to be exact. |
No, I don´t think this is sleep paralysis because I can move at will, but I need to stay still to feel thos electric feelings, is something really strange |
I've had something similar, it's probably you feeling the blood flowing through your body. I can get the feeling by trying to stay very still. |

Given what he has experienced (Which I have also experienced) the sensations which he is feeling should lead to "Vertigo" after I experience vertigo I get the sensation that I am no longer in my body or for a better explanation I have left the body and am surrounded by darkness. After I experience this scenes start to appear and after that it is like extreme Hypnagogic Imagery, and after that I am in a dream scene and am able to interact with the environment I.E. I am in a Lucid Dream. |

Sounds like SP to me, though not of my own experience. Since I meditate quite frequently I am used to body paralysis, but often when I try to WILD i get horrible 2-3 seconds of SP- falling really fast. It is a horrid feeling, sorta like someone is trying to restart my heart. my whole body flails too. It freaks me out. |
You're probably right, but occasionally I am caught off guard; perhaps this is why I feel it more intensely? Who knows. However, due to my small bedroom here in Tokyo, there is a small nightstand at the end of my bed (real close to my feet, because I'm quite tall) and I've kicked a few things off it when I've had that hardcore SP falling once or twice. Amusing for the lady downstairs, that's for sure. |

A person experiencing subjective vertigo feels a false sensation of movement. Hence why you may be taken by surprise it is a common reaction to jerk or move or in some cases become scared when such an event occurs. The falling sensation is quite normal and it is caused when the body falls asleep. |
