It seems many people have trouble getting to sleep due to their environment. This could be either noise level, lighting level, temperature etc. The easiest way of getting to sleep is to not think about getting to sleep and being comfortable. I used to find it very hard to get to sleep and therefore hard to lucid dream. This is not the case anymore. Recently I went to a pharmacy and picked up some common useful items. Theres no way of getting to sleep and becoming lucid without having a comfortable environment. |
