      reality check's sp method

hey, all. i have a different way to get sp. seems that im different from most people and my sp comes on differently. it seems that it comes on gradualy instead of a big wave. infact, if im not using any muscles in a part of my body, sp falls over it almost instantly. like within 20 seconds, its partialy asleep! if i go at it for 20 minutes, i cant feel my body at all, and i cant move even if i try. is this normal?
do a reality check right now!!!

also, go to www.sketchup.com and model your dreamscapes/ anything else in 3-D!! check it out!

      Hi RC,

I think that's actually the most common way people experience SP - gradually. Getting your body to fall asleep requires that you lie still for a very long time. This is because your mind must be convinced that you are, in fact, asleep and ready to be imobilized. So, if you lie still for an extended period of time while keeping your awareness up (yet slow down your brain waves enough), it will seem like you're gradually losing control of your body. But, I'm not sure if that's how it really works - it may just be the way it seems.
