Rem Rebound = lucid dreams

I only got four hours sleep the previous night and i had a feeling that i would have lots of lucid dreams the next night because of this and i was right. After a few hours sleep i a lucid and then several false awakenings, and then two more lucid dreams. It was like every dream i would become lucid, i will be doing this again. Anyone else find they get lucid dreams when they have rem rebound?

Only find this when I drink the night before, although sometimes I have the maddest lucid dreams when drinking.... So hit and miss really. And you hit REM after about 90 minutes, so can't really understand how after 4 hours sleep you get an REM rebound...

I think i'll try this one day... Just pull an all nighter... Next night take a b6... MAD LD's! I noticed the dreams are so much longer (one felt like about 4 days) which can be annoying but it is well worth it if last nights lucid dream rate was anything to go by! I think i might start doing this once a week or something if this produces the same results next time i try it.
