I Was thinking the other day of some of the things I have tried during LD's. I was thinking. Since everything in your dream is mereley a recreation of the real thing then would it not be possible to be anything in your dream. Why could you not choose to me an inanimate object. A car a stereo, whatever.
Has anyone done this before?

There was a discussion about being everything in your dream. I think this is what got me thinking about it.

I don't see why not. I just thinking that you might not be able to tell because you wouldn't have any eyes but then I thought of something that would be fun. What if you went into a wall and became the wall. Then your just like a pair of eyes on the wall, then slide around the house along the wall looking at stuff.

That could be fun. Be a garage door, for example.

Guy opens you (the garage door). He begins to drive his really expensive car in
You (garage door) rapidly open and close while he's halfway in making huge dents in his car

Imagine his reaction to it. All around his house you could do weird things until he ran away scared. Could be fun, like you haunt the house or something. If a bunch of exorcist dudes come over, you just become like, a rug, and attack them. I can imagine it, a bunch of holy people in white flowing robes running away pursued by an rug reading "WIPE YOUR FEET".

heh.... That'd be cool. Rather be like an invisible floating something making stuff move and scaring your dream characters with floating cereal boxes and stuff. with telekenesis from your invisible brain.

Wow...have you folks really gotten so bored with dream sex, flying, breaking stuff, walking through mirrors, etc, that you want the ability to do absolutely nothing whatsoever?

yes, deffinitly a wall, that way you can go and squish people if you were in the mood to break yourself...

dont forget the floor! you could like, make yourself liquid for a moment, so that the guy sitting on the chair with his legs under the table would be trapped.....

umm.....

i tried to become a wall last night, i kinda melted into it, but i didnt really BECOME the wall I could still feel my arms and stuff... I could move pretty fast horizontally though, maybe I was semi-wall....

Yes, it is possible. I've read about ppl becoming a wall/coach/carpet/etc for a lifetime during a drug trip.

I dont see why you cant do it during a LD...

theres no way that i've become bored withall the thing that are possible while in a LD but i like the idea of becoming aan object of some kind
there are somany tools we use everyday that probably have great stories to tell

Indeed. It could not go much moreof coarse than my golf game in reality.

Or how about a missle.
I have not had a LD since I have thought of this. I think I need to decide on a specific object rather than waiting until I am in a LD.

Anyone else have any luck?

The coolest non-LD I had was a couple years ago. I was in a fighter jet, really really high in the air. It was breathtaking, and the cool thing was that I felt no gravity, could see no cockpit, and just saw plain open sky and the ground way below. My mind made the idea that it was a fighter jet somehow

I did some huge loops and whatnot, quite fun

mind blowing info at your disposal. Of coarse generated from what you alraedy know but maybe it could bring out some things you have forgotten.
