      Has anybody read this book?

Hey, i just got this book today and was just wondering if anyone here has read it and had success afterward. The book is called Lucid Dreams in 30 Days by Keith Harary and Pamela Weintraub.
Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?

Yea I got it when I first started; but EWOLD was so much better I haven't looked at it for a long time. I guess I didn't think it was too useful for some reason but actually I can't remember anymore why. Maybe I should look at it again.

      How do you like it?

So far i've found some good tips in it that help me a lot with dream recall. I think it sort of helps and hopefully i'll get more lucid dreams as i get deeper into reading it. I probably think that dreamviews has a lot better tips though just because they come from experiences from people.

I read that book a while ago. Basically it is what you learn in ETWOLD (Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge), except slimmed down and re-organized into a 30 day program with various exercises planned for different nights. The latter is a major flaw, in my opinion. The rate and ease at which different people dream is just too unpredictable in my experience to create a rigid and one-month long schedule. I found myself several weeks into the program, by which time the writers thought I should have had several LDs, having had none.

I would stick with ETWOLD. It's the most comprehensive and authoritative book I have come across.

I agree, different people take different amounts of time to get lucid. I'll have to check out this book you guys are recommending because it sounds like i could benefit a lot more from it.

ETWOLD is the Lucid Dreaming Bible.
