is it safe to induce LD? is it meddling with the unknown? is it pushing out the boundries too far? i ask these questions because i'm a noob to LD, learning the art. |

No dream goals at the moment...just flying and letting stuff happen is kinda fun, and it's hard to motivate myself to try LDing lately.
the majority of my normal dreams are not looney mad dreams, i am usually in a strange place talking to strange people.so i think i can draw upon that, that i wouldn't experiences crazy LDS? |

The answer to those questions depends on what one considers to be the nature of LDing. If one thinks that it is purely psychological--an ordinary albeit rare function of the brain--then its harmless. If one thinks that there is some sort of metaphysical higher dimension that is/can be accessed in LDs (if this is what you mean by "meddling in the unknown"), then it could be dangerous. |

I have been having LDs ever since I was a little kid. It was only recently that I realized most people don't LD. I have a lot of LDs. In fact, in the past two days I have had 9 LDs. I don't think there is much risk to having LDs, based on my own experience. |

There has been more research on lucid dreaming than most people think. It's safe. |
