      Lucid dreaming and health

      Hi!
      I have some questions. How lucid dreaming affect on human. You feel more refreshed in the mornings after having lucid dream or opposite feel more drowsy, and how it affect on human in general? Continuous lucid dreaming is better to body/ not too good or nothing changes????

      I think you'll get different opinions. After a LD I usually wake up more refreshed because it feels that you already woke up (inside the dream). Well that's how it was when I still slept enough. Now I'm always sleepy

      I haven't noticed a difference really. I read somewhere not long ago that it all depends what you do in your lucid dream, if you are having regular action packed lucids you might feel more tired in the mornings than somebody who doesn't have lucid adventures.
