so conscious and so well rested..

Okay.. i will ask my question..

Sometimes its one night.. sometimes it gets few nights one after another..

i go to bed..but i dont sleep at night..im like perfectly aware that im not sleeping..and i go from one bed side..to another.. and i cant sleep.. no dreaming.. i hear outside if a dog barks...i hear anything.. when i want i start to think about when i will sleep at last..yes i start to sleep in a few minutes before my clock will ring..
( nope i hate to check the clock - what time is it now - im still not sleeping.. )
i just hate to know its 3am and im not sleeping, so its better for me not to look to the clock..

but in the morning i wake up..and i feel myself as i got quite fresh rest..

      any comments..ideas?

I have this expierience often -especially when I m WILDing. I m suprised that I m refreshed in the morning. I think that maybe I m sleeping dreaming that I m awake. Maybe there is a false sleep like there is a false awakening... not sure though. Maybe I actually don't sleep at all all night.

rogue you have had over a hundred posts. Are you new?
I have had this happen to me numerous times.
You eventually find the most comfortable position possible (after trying 1,000)
      and go to sleep.
TIP: Remember that position exactly for next time.
      My best advice.

My advice would actually be to find something to do, like if I get into bed, and can't sleep after say an hour, I turn my bedside lamp on and will do some reading for say 45 mins or so, or until I get bored or tired, then try a sleeping position I know I like, mine is currently face down, right arm under pillow and my head resting on my right arm :p

but I sometimes will sit there thinking its been hours, to find its only been 50 mins or so, so I tend to try check the clock every time I think its been an hour, but if you concentrate to much on time I seem to find that It actually makes it harder to sleep.

Maybe you should try tire yourself out more before bed?
When it got worst for me I'd try do a few weights, push ups and sit ups about an hour or so before bed, then have a milkshake and just hope for the best.

      Good luck, Dreamducky

well im quite new here ( because i dont havy any forum - friends.. 2 only i guess )
well, i think i should remember the most comfortable position to sleep if i get this experience again..
and, nope, its not dreaming that im awake..if it is so..then its very very very lucid dreaming..but i doubt it so much..
