      Turkey Induced Lucid Dream?

Is TILDing possible? But seriously folks, turkey makes you tired right? so will passing out after dinner help with lucidity?
The journey is usually more rewarding than reaching the destination.

      -Keep it real

Turkey meat contains Tryptophan. And do they also contain any B vitamins? some meat does.

I heard from someone I know (who says he's a pharmacology major) that most of the tiredness after turkey dinners stems from the redirection of blood to the digestive system, since the tryptophan and the serotonin that it is converted into can't cross the blood-brain barrier. But I'm not sure.

I was exhausted on Thanksgiving day, and I ate way too much, but none of that seemed to encourage any unusual or interesting dreams.
