Okay. We all know that the REM sleep period is where your dreams will be the most realistic. But what if you become lucid during a different period of sleep that isn't as clear, can you use dream spinning to enhance the clarity. I've had many lucid dreams, and they are not always so clear because they are not always during REM.
Also, when you are waking up, and clarity is going down the toliet fast, what can you do to save the dream. I always dream spin like mad and rub my hands together, but it never saves the dream. There's got to be some way to keep your mind engaged in the dream so you don't wake.
Now to be completely off-topic: REM sleep is amazing!!! I love lucids in REM, it is so realistic it's just as vivd as real life. It's truly amazing. REM sleep is so amazing to have at your home, because you have your house memorized so well that everything is exactly where you know it is, and it's like real life, except you have magical powers. And your powers can do everything you want them to! Dreams are better that real life. It's the same, except you can do whatever you want, and there are no consequences or anything. In a few hours, it's all over and you can do it again the next night. When I go to bed, I get pumped up!!! I can't wait, it's like an adventure every night. Whatever I want to do. Being aware tha you're dreaming is the coolest thing in the world!!! I'm so glad that I'm gifted with a natural LDing ability!
Alright, that's enough of my rant. The real point of this thread is the first 2 paragraphs
