      Yeah, definitely try to get in the habit of doing reality checks, ESPECIALLY when something strange happens. It's tough to get in the routine at first, but after a few days, you will find reality checks are easy to include in your everyday life.
      My most common reality check is just looking at my hands to make sure they look normal.
