First off I don't have that much experience with WILD'ing so I was just going to wing it. I read up on a few people's techniques and decided to give it a shot. I fell asleep for about 5-6 hours then woke up by alarm. I had 10 sips of pepsi (sorry remember who to credit for this idea , i forget who's technique I was reading) for the caffeine boost and stayed awake for only about 15 mins. When I fell asleep I was in a weird dream at at college dormitory. I got a new dorm and was exploring it and then it turned into a nightmare with gargoyles and the dorm was like the house on haunted hill (for anyone who hasn't seen the movie, it's scary).

What I'm wondering is if the sugar from my pepsi had anything to do with the nightmare? I've read before that sugar before bed can induce or atleast increase the chances of nightmares that night but it could be just some old wives tale.

Any theories?
