      reality,dream or hallucination?

Ok, this morning I woke up(cant say if it was real of false awakening) , but was too lazy to get out of the bed.

Surprisingly, I hear this sound, like something is moving in my room. But there's shouldnt be anything, and the door is closed.

Then I feel my lovely cat jump on teh bed.(very familiar feeling). I look, but he isnt there.Well, this type of thing happens to me pretty often in teh morning, but I ignore it. This time it got me interested

So I close my eyes again and lay motionless. Again, there's a soft steps in my room, and a cat jumping on my bed. This time I wait longer and can feel him lightly step alongside me.

I open my eyes, and stare at the spot where I expect him to be. Nothing, but thin air. Next moment I hear da real cat meowing somewhere in the kitchen.

      "Wow! that's cool".

I decide to try to repeat and test the whole thing to extreme.

Scene replays again, but this time cat comes to my head, he's smelling me and I can hear soft purring and breathing.

Before that I was visualizing what's happening along with the sound/feelings. Now I can see that, but the picture is fuzzy.

then he lays on my chest, and I can pet him. It is most extraordinary, as it is supposedly real, yet I interact with a dream/hallucination.
Next thing - teh cat moving, trying to get comfortable...The feeling is most real.

Then there's a blank in memory and I find myself awakening again, with the cat on my chest. This is a FA and i continue, without me noticing it.

What follows is me, experiencing about 5 other FAs (total about 8 through the night) and other lucid like states :/

This type of experience (at least the onset) happens pretty often to me.
I think it may be somewhat related to the "old hag" thingie, but I'm not paralyzed...

      any thoughts/ideas?

One time when I did two grams of melatonin with 300mgs of B-6 I had a false awakening like that.

I woke up in my room, and two gents who happened to be living in my apartment at the time were in the room, but they were like cartoons with this neon glow around them. It was really bizarre. Well, one of them threw what looked like a fruit snack on my lap and I felt it hit, but the second it hit it dissappeared. Then when I looked again the two guys weren't there, but I could still hear their voices.

      Vote Quimby.
An idea is something you haven't fully considered.
A belief is merely a repetitive thought.
A conclusion is simply where you stopped thinking.
