What reality checks don't work for you?

As the title says and also what reality checks don't incorporate into your dreams if there are some?

I have used the clothes reality check before for ages but i can't recall it once incorporating into my dream along with the nose pinch. (check what i am wearing because you wear some strange clothing in dreams)

There isn't really a reality check that doesn't work for me but one that has let me down a lot is the time reality check, it was fine when i first started using it but lately it is inconsistent. (though it has got me lucid maybe the most times)

I've had specific reality checks not work. For example, once I did the finger through the palm bit and somehow convinced myself that it was normal for my finger to be sticking out a little bit from the back of my hand.

the finger-through-palm one failed twice for me. luckily, under one occasion, I bothered to do another one.... but on the other case I didn't get lucid

nose-pinching is the one I trust most now

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.
