      Mastery of the Dream State.

I have been an avid dreamer since I was young. I have memories that seem real, yet I know I was asleep during the time. Flying, walking through walls, limitless strength, slow motion, immortality, invisibility... sounds like something from a fiction novel... yet I have experienced these all more then one time.

Just fyi: I never knew about lucid dreaming until a few days ago... nor did I practice anything suggested on this site in the past.

Last night I used a method that I knew would work for me, it has a few aspects of many techniques combined into one~

      -put your body into paralysis
-listen to slow and peaceful music
-begin to observe the light patterns in front of your eyes(which are shut).

some other steps which i wont get into right now... i dont want to write a novel

What happened to me last night is hard to even begin describing in words...

i was using the alphabet technique... A for crunchy apple(then a positive memory of when i had an apple) B for Buffallo soldier (think about bob marley and his eagerness for peace and love) ect ect all the way to Z............

I made it to L when all of the sudden i had control of time itself and went through L-P in half a second and felt like i was a patron on a ride at the amusement park of time. at the end of this i attempted to look at my hands and they stretched out into long claws. not in a realistic way, but as if you took a photoshop picture and stretched it... i awoke shortly after to what i knew was some sort of half reality half dream ... went to my desk and pissed into a bottle and sat in my chair in the most relaxed state of self fulfillment ever...

      it has begun

ps- thank you for the tutorials -.-

This is pretty legit man. I got to the part where I have the very relaxing music, I mean "VERY" relaxing LOL. I even uploaded the track that I use somewhere in this forum. This track makes you fall asleep very sudden, so anyone that uses will have to be care full not to fall asleep[if you're WILDing]

Anyway, I've never tried the "observe the light patterns in front of your eyes" as you stated. Maybe this could work for me because I've been trying to get into SP since a few nights back and failed

Thx alot man for the idea

observe the patterns, stars, shapes, stripes, but do you focus on them... think of yourself as an observer but do not take anything for granted.
