My mind tricked me into sleeping

one night, my brother and i decided to pull an all niter just because we were bored, and we managed to make it all night. that morning, i make myself some eggs, take a walk around the block, and sit down to play this MMO (guild wars) that i used to play frequently, in an attempt to remain awake. as i was playing, i had my character on auto run and i was just moving across the map, when suddenly i open my eyes and find my head moving towards the screen and realize ive been running into a wall in the game for quite some time. and it happens repeatedly with my mind casually slipping me into a dream that involves me doing what i was doing awake. it was a mean trick but my mind was doing it for anything i tried to do. so eventually i conceded and slept. has this happened to anyone else? and has anyone used it, knowing what their mind would do, to LD? if so...how did you do it?

well that sort of happens to me like if i without thinking put my laptop down and just sort of fall asleep and then i dream about being on my laptop so its hard to tell sometimes! this happened yesterday
