Thanks for the tip. But, is there any way I can achieve Lucid Dreaming fast and easy?

Not really, but the best technique for you would probably be Deild.

From what I know the most important thing to do first is start a dream journal, that really worked for me; I was LDing (well, to be precise my first LDs were actually out of body experiences but I just call them LDs) in a week. I also never had a night without a recorded dream for months.
