I think I've figured out the feeling of REM

Right, when I was in bed last night. I was thinking about someones technique that they posted in General Lucid Discussion. I was just trying to relax (not really doing anything). And it happaned naturally, I found myself eyes closed, completely still. Guessed I looked completely asleep. But here's some of the stuff I experienced: My mind wondered a bit too much I forgot what I was thinking about two seconds ago My mind kept trying to drag itself into a WILD (very slowly) I kept getting tempted to imagine stuff I just coudn't be bothered having my eyes open I loved it So yeah, is that the legendary REM kicking in?

i dunno. sometimes when i dont get alot of sleep one night, the next night when im in sp i can fell my eyes moving around eratticaly under my eyelids. also, i will start to see images under my eyelides, and some times even quasi-dreams (like i see the dream but im not actually in it). thats my felling of REM! hope it helps!

my eyes also move around just before i fall asleep. don't know why, but they use to do that.
