What do WILD, DILD and all the other terms mean?

I'm pretty sure the last three letters mean "induced lucid dream" but I don't know anything else. Also the "wbtb" terms I don't know. I also can't find a list or anything else on the site. If you can answer or at least point me to something on the site, I'd be very appreciative.

Hey! There is a Acronym list with most of the words you need to understand the posts in this forum. You can find it here: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ead.php?t=2954

WBTB means "Wake Back To Bed"

      Hope that helps

The acronym list is definitely very helpful.

You're correct about "-ILD", its "induced lucid dream." Most of the techniques end in -ILD.

WILD means that you are awaken while you enter the lucid dream (Wake induced...)
DILD means that you are asleep and already dreaming then become lucid (Dream induced...)

These are the only two major types of induction, all others are just variations.
