      my technique

      last night i just fall asleep without thinking about LD then this morning after i woke up i just stay at my bed and look up on the ceiling(im still sleepy at the moment) i just tried to open my eyes whenever it closes and then when i really cant take it i just close it slowly and then im already dreaming(which i thought im just thinking),,i just keep repeating to myself that im dreaming and i can control my dream, but after that i woke up again because i tried to move my body in a different postion. so i dont know..thats about it. sorry for my english too..

      Interesting... if you are able to get an LD, then what's next is learning to stabilise it so you don't keep waking up from it. Either will yourself in your dream that you will not wake up if you feel you are about to (worked with me when a bunch of rebellious dream characters attacked me when I became lucid in one dream. As I felt myself feeling more and more awake, I simply shouted out "No! I will not wake up!" and pulled myself away from the DCs and walked through a door), or let yourself wake up and use dream re-entry techniques (Dream Reentry Tutorial or DEILD) to get straight back into the lucid dream or start another one. Basically, find whatever works with you.
