Well, I just can't understand what exactly everyone means when they say "rolling out of the bed" during a WILD. Is it like you're getting of your body or what? |

If there was a single day I could live... a single breath I could take I'd trade all the others away.
The blood's on the wall, so you'd might as well just admit it.
You're better off empty and blank, than left with a single pathetic trace of this
Smother another failure, lay this to rest.
Console yourself, you're better alone
Destroy yourself, see who gives a fuck
Absorb yourself, you're better alone
Destroy yourself.
Sometimes i have those false "falling out of bed" and its just that, you feel like you really are falling and then you are back in your bed. I think its a FA |

It seems like people have two different experience when FA (Fals Awakening) The first is the feeling of not being able to move (sleep paralyzes) and seccond out of body experience. Faling out of bed for real has nothing to do with this and I think this is what happened to you "Predator-S".... I have my self fallen out of bed like Somnum just to wake up to realize it was a vivid and realistic dream. For me this happened to me before I realized I had the LD ability. I now know it happened when I had a FA and could not controll my out of body experience. Often I tried to sit or stand up but could only role out of bed. It seems like I was somewhere between out of body experience and sleep paralyzes were you`re not able to move at all. |

It could probably mean either one Predator, as in your case it seems to have been a false awakening. I feel myself bumping my head on the ceiling many times in false awakenings. |

I do this from hypnopompic sleep paralysis - when I realise this state I simple roll out of bed, and by rolling I mean roll my astral body, not my real body. It is easy and simple to get from SP to a lucid dream. |

I had a lucid dream a few nights ago. I "fell out" of bed, but felt too tired to do anything about it. I have a nightstand next to my bed where I keep a glass of water, and I could feel that I had knocked it over. The water was cold on my back. It occured to me I was dreaming. So, doing my tried and true LD test (making Wolverine claws come out of my hands), it was off to find someone to have sex with! I decided on the house next door. |

I once dreamed I was falling off a cliff, then a woke up on the ground next to my bed |
