what exactly is a "chakra" and how do you focus on it, and how does this help you have a lucid dream

A chakra is one of seven energy centers in your body, through which your vital energy os generated and circulates. By energy you can think of it as physic energy, prana or Chi. Try a google search for images using the word "chakras" and you will find a pictures I bet. The six chakra is situated just above the forehead. It is called the third eye. Have you seen Hidu women with a dot on their forehead...it's the thrid eye.

I thought that just ment they were married...?

I don't know what it means, but it is the 3rd eye nevertheless
