When i have always fell asleep i have had to think about things, that weren't nessesarily real, a fantasy life, things i should do differently with someone, or wishing could do something, i.e be rich and find an ex girlfriend that show her what she is missing, this has always helped me to go to sleep. but lately when i do the MILD method, when i lay down i try to tell myself over and over that "i will remember my dream, i will wake up after my dream" i get distracted, and also when i say that over and over it seems like ill never fall asleep, anyone have any ideas that would help me concentrate on this. I don't really have to do it considering i set my alarm for 3:30 every morning and wake up at that time to remember a dream in hopes that it might become a habbit. Well if anyone can give some helpful hints id would appreciate it. |
