I can never think of any thing to do while im LDing and then i just fade out

like right now i can think of a million things do do if i dream but when i get lucid i never know what to do.The only thing i can think of is to kiss a girl i like or something.

You might want to set a specific activity that you what to do in a lucid dream so that you know exactly what you will do instead of trying to think of something while in a dream

Everything makes sense once you stop thinking about it

Focus on a single specific activity to do before you go to sleep. Think of that one thing while you're drifting off to sleep, write it on a piece of paper and study it all day, or whatever helps.

it seems as though, you're not really at a really high level of lucidity. Maybe it would help to start the lucid by focusing and making the dream as sharp as possible (although i know thats alot easier said than done)
