Perfect Dose of Melatonin + B6??

Hey guys just bought some melatonin and i have a few days off work and just wanted to know what a good dose of melatonin and b6 would be before going to bed? would it be better to space it out?....the other night i took 3mg and and 200mg before going to bed and i had some cool dreams and lots of them too. 200 mg is too much.

cut it to 50-100 and take it after few hours of sleep. Then try MILD for about 20 min, and you will have a lucid dream.

B6 works by making seratonin which makes melatonin, if I remember correctly. For dreaming I would just take melatonin, but because there is a age limit on it I take b6.

I take 3mg melatonin that has 500%(10 mg) B6 in it. Then 30 minutes later, I go to sleep, and take 1,000%(100mg)B6. I fall asleep really esily. Feel really relaxed and my mind feels so ready to dream. And then my dreams are intense and often bizzare.

And I always heard that B6 is good for your nervous system(your brain) so it creates intense dreams of high clarity, and melatonin promotes a healthy sleep cycle.

Have you tried not taking it? Is your dream recall worse when you don't? That's what bugs me, I don't want to get so used to all these vivid, bizarre dreams brought on by B6/melatonin, and then have dreams of less quality when I stop taking it.

THe quality of my dreams isn't better or worse. Just different. And I have definately tried NOT taking it. Ive only been taking it for a week. Just trying something new. And the melatonin becasue Im taking an anti-biotic that keeps me awake. I have no worries about dependancy because my lucid dreams come from my devotion to my dream journal, and practicing the induction techniques and figuring out what works best for me. If I take B6 and melatonin and dont do any thing else, Ill jsut go to sleep easily and have wierd dreams, and i may not even remembe them. But Im just trying this out and seeing where it takes me. My dream recall doesnt change with or without the B6 and melatonin. Just the dreams quality is different. And I dont take it everynight, and the nights I havent this week, Ive had some amazing dreams and lucid ones too.
