Last night tried a few vits and nothing much, not trying ulta hard. Also had prob what would equate to 1 standard drink, (I know, not good for LD.)
This is supposed to surpress REM right?
So dose REM rebound happen the next night? or can it happen later that same night?
Odd thing is in the morning I had a very coherent dream that was easy to recall. I was explaining to someone the basics of Einstien, Rosenwhatsisface bridge black hole theory, Hyperspace / universe as a hypershpere, wormhole travel stuff.
Now I don't know everything about this stuff, but I know a little. And what I was saying wasn't bull$h!t. It was all making perfect sense, even tho this is not the most basic of things to explain to someone. It dose require some degree of spatial awareness ect, and I was explaining the hole thing with drawings and paper models.

Is this what REM rebound is? Because coherency and vividness are to of what I would consider to be opposite effects of alcahol.

Anyone experienced similar?
