OK, so I've heard that many people relax when they listen to (relaxing, duh) music when they go to bed at night. It sometimes even helps to induce LD's. But in my case, this is just not true. When I'm listening to really calm music, I can't sleep. In fact as long as the music is playing I feel as if it's still noon - full of energy. Also I usually sleep really bad at night - while I instantly fall asleep in the early afternoon (3-4PM)

My REM cycles seem to be messed up too. They say that most dreams (especially LD's) occur during the REM sleep. But I usually can't remember any dreams from this period.
And if I fall asleep during the afternoon, and sleep for 20 mins-1.5 hours then I can remember EVERY single detail from my dreams.
My dreams start the same second I fall asleep and they end the moment I open my eyes... r.e.m. sleep my ASS!

Any ideas?
