OK, so I've heard that many people relax when they listen to (relaxing, duh) music when they go to bed at night. It sometimes even helps to induce LD's. But in my case, this is just not true. When I'm listening to really calm music, I can't sleep. In fact as long as the music is playing I feel as if it's still noon - full of energy. Also I usually sleep really bad at night - while I instantly fall asleep in the early afternoon (3-4PM) |
