Whats the best way to LD?

I no people will say the most common way to lucid dream is DILD because it can happen to anyone etc. But what in your opinion, is the best and easiest method to have regular LD's? there will be no right or wrong answer just wana no what you LD'ers reckon?

For me it's DILD. I don't know why, but all my WILD techniques seemed not to work..

One thing that really worked for me is WBTB, Wake-Back-To-Bed. I did it a few times and had some nice results. I try inducing DILDs with my dream journal and recognizing my dream signs, then doing reality checks even in real life. :3

I've had three DILDs in the last year, one tactile, two in the last three months that were dreamlike.

For people new to Lucid Dreaming i'd suggest DILD. Just so they can grasp the concept of RCs and having a dream journal. But I think the most popular would be WILD.

You've got me there. I don't lucid dream regularly.

But if the circumstances are just right, low distractions and I'm sufficiently tired, I think WILDs are fairly easy.

Beginners can probably try the WBTB + MILD method. If you're good at controlling your mind and can concentrate/relax/whatever at will, then WILD would probably work. And DILDs would work if you can manage to make RCing a habit.
