Terrifying Hallucinations when entering SP?

Have you guys ever had any terrifying hallucinations when trying to enter sleep paralysis? (Example, the old hag or the shadow creatures)

I've experienced the old hag thing a few times, but I knew what it was so it was more entertaining than anything. More often though I'll get the same sensations, like compression of my chest, paralysis, the feeling of some presence, and voices, but without the negative aspects. It will usually seem to me that members of my family are in my room, or a dog has jumped on my.

Artixknight, I've experience "old hag" only once and was able to turn it into a lucid dream by stating "I am protected by pure white light".
