How do you exactly get into it? I seem to have forgotten how to do it for some odd reason. Here is what I used to do to help me: Lay still, close eyes and not move. But, is there a qiucker way to enter Sleep Paralysis and if I did it during the 1st stage of sleep will I be able to WILD? |

If I were you I would try as hard as possible not to use chemicals to aid sleep. It won't do you any good in the long run. |

Beware of hitchhiking fish
Lately I've had some great success with letting myself *almost* fall asleep, and then actively trying to WILD. |

We who are about to dream, salute you!
I remember reading in a topic somewhere that if you lie really really still and don't move anything for a while, you'll reach SP. The name is "how to trick your body into falling asleep" or something like that. =/ |
