odd feeling

Hey guys, i went to bed last night with the idea of trying to have a lucid dream and recall it (probly not worthit as i probly wouldn'r recall it, as i haven't started that yet.). anyway, i recalled somewhere on the site, it talked about continuely thinking it to urself, i will have a lucid dream. So i went to bed thinking it to myself over and over and over. And then when i was feeling like i was moments from sleep i got the most odd feeling. it was like i was losing control of my body, and my eyes were moving on there own and i kinda got alil worried at that time and tried opening my eyes and straight away i went back to normal. it happened again the next time i tried....so i just went to sleep as normal on my 3rd go . but i was wondering, if anyone knew what that was, and if its good or bad?

First of all, if you have a lucid dream, youll probably recall it a lot better than other dreams. Maybe you were experiencing the sensations of a WILD as you entered your dream. Im not sure. Did it feel like your whole body was shaking, or getting a surge of painles elecricity? Those are common descriptions of the feeling of entering a dream and some people dont like that feeling, though I personally love it.

most parts of my body had a feeling of pins and needles, and then they died down fair quickly once i opened my eyes. i always occasionaly saw objects fairly cleary during them. Im sure i sure a women with eyes that look like lights. im sure i saw a panther aswell.
