good Idea, but I think recording it would be better, no lights at all and you would probably recall more from the sound of your voice. |

I think Palm Pilots work very well as dream journals since you can decrease the brightness, not have to turn on any lights and are generally more convenient than paper and pencil. |

I have a palm pilot, but it's too bright for me in the middle of the night. The voice record feature might be a good idea, maybe I'll try it. |
