well i just gave up, i was getting stressed about why i wasnt dreaming etc so i just stopped obsessing. and ive started remembering things from dreams. generally only one thing, like a certain person, no details at all, i donty remember what the dream waws about how i felt etc..but i remembered having a dream, thats a start! |

Right when you wake up, sometimes run over the main points in your dream, then grab your journal (if you keep one) and then write a quick summary, usually 2 or 3 words, kind of like a table of contents. I find that way works really well. And for some reason it seems like as I write I often remember other things that happened that I didn't remember immediately. |
