I had my second lucid today. have questions. please answer

So I am in my class room and this kid is calling me a bitch so I am going to fight him in middle of class,(which would be the last place i would fight). So i pull em up, but as hard as I try i can not swing, my arms will not move. I Think i might be dreaming so i pinch my nose (which my arms can do) and can breath perfectly fine. Now everything gets brighter and more clear for a second then fades and and i wake up.

the same thing happened to me in an other dream, except i could not put my legs in front of me. I have the same stinging feeling. Could i be experiencing SP in my dreams?

My second question is why did i wake up right after i realized i was dreaming? i did not overreact or do anything actually. Every thing became clear for a second then vanished. how can i stop the dream from fading? I did not have any time to spin or do any other method, it vanished so quickly?
      You loose yourself, you reappear
You suddenly find you got nothing to fear
Alone you stand with nobody near
When a trembling distant voice, unclear
Startles your sleeping ears to hear
That somebody thinks they really found you.

SP can happen during a dream when Ur about to wake up. I had mine when I was still dreaming but I could feel I was going to wake up and I did shortly.

U woke up after U became lucid because 1) U were nearing conciousness/waking up hence U were lucid 2) It could be timing...it so happens U became lucid at the end of the REM period.

One good way I've read is dream rentry or dream chaining I think. When U wake up don't open Ur eyes...try and recall as much as possible about the previous dream, how lucid U were etc....I did that and a very stange thing happened. Bits and pieces of the previous dream started to appear in my "room"! And the next thing I knew I woke up again.... Maybe it may work better for U.....

When you are waking up you get input from both your dream and the outside world so the brain puts them together. It probably was sleep paralysis.

What happened was the you probably became lucid because you were waking up. If your brain is getting two sets of inputs, then it knows that one of them isn't real and you become lucid. It actually happens every time that you wake up, most of the time it is only a fraction of a second, sometimes it may be a few seconds.

Ah so the reason that people don't notice it is because they have no time to think "Oh, I'm dreaming" before they wake up?

I know why you woke up.
its because you were just about to have a fight wich sent your heart pumping fast wich also tells your brain to tell your body to wake up because your heart beat in your dream is your heart beat in real life.
