What What? Phantom had a lucid dream?! Holy Shitz, it's teh apocolypse!

Yes, I can't believe it either, this is the most lucid I have been since my amazing flight dream of 2005. Honestly though I'm not sure how I was able to trigger this, in any other case I would say that this was just a random lucid dream, but I'm not too sure. I had drank a lot of caffiene yesterday, I didn't get to sleep till about 3AM, but I was pretty sleepy. As I felt myself drifting off, I decided I'd try and WILD, I stared at a few images in my room, but I gave up on it eventually. Now this morning, my little brother wakes me up for breakfast, it's sunday so I decide to just get a Mountain Dew and go back to bed, so that's some more caffiene in my system right there. And it was then when I went back into sleep that I was able to LD, I have absolutely no idea what set it off, it was as if one minute I was dreaming and then I knew I was dreaming. I'm about to do a big update to my dream journal, so you can read about it there. Anyway, any input?
