      questions on sp and wild

I just now found out about SP but it has happened to me my whole life. The thing is, shadow people used to scare the hell out of me durring this. I am not certain on all the lucid dreaming, but is sp the stage right before a lucid dream starts in a WILD? If so, how do you stay calm and focus on anything at this point? I mean I havent seen "shadow people" in years, but when I feel SP starting, I am full of fear and trying to wake my self up as fast as I can. This might be ruining my chance at a lucid dream? Sorry if these are stupid questions, I am just still reading up and learning all these new dream situations.

Well thats just plaecebo (sorry I dont know how to spell it) it's where you tell yourself something is going to happen, so it does. Just know that there are no shadow people and it will be fine.

I'm going to agree with hootman and say that the shadow people are mostly placebo. Scary hallucinations such as these are just that - hallucinations, productions of your own mind - and can be controlled.

You are correct - this sleep paralysis stage is the stage before a lucid dream during a WILD. The hallucinations should begin forming into dreams at the end of this stage.

These aren't stupid questions - feel free to ask if you have any others.
