      Bad things after LD's

Today I had another lucid dream, a random one about losing two remote controls on a bus, and then stealing a camera . I've noticed that every time I have an LD, I wake up and something stupid or bad happens.

Today, my dad walked through the door and started yelling at me about bringing the trash can to the curb, though it wasn't my week and he knew this. He was trying to cut crap and make exceptions for my brother, one year younger, and it was his turn.

I'll spare the details, but I would like to know why bad/retarded things happen to me after I have a LD, or AP. Thanks...

I'm so unnecessarily P.O.'d right now...

It's within human nature to make up connections and patterns where there are none. That's like that email about 9/11 with "The plane hit in the 281th floor 2+8+1 = 11" and such shit. There is no connection. You've only had 3 LDs so far I mean... I've had more than three bad days in the past week, so I might say "why do bad things always happen when I dream non-lucid?".

Matter of fact, I think I've had more LD's than I can count. I actually started counting this week

Its the full moon effect. The reason people think that strange things happen on a full moon, is because they're especially likely to notice the moon simply because it is full. Statistics don't show any increase in rapes, murders or other behavior associated with full moons, during nights with full moons.

Likewise, you're more likely to note what happens after a lucid dream then a non lucid. If you wrote down all the negative things that happened in X amount of time, along with a note of whether or not you had an LD, there would probably be no correlation.

Hmm... I never thought of that.
