      Was i close??????

      ok so i tried DEILD this morning and like 15-20 seconds into it i got very numb but then i just felt like moving . was i close?

      Unless you experienced some hypnogogic imagery or other weird sensations, you were probably just practicing how long you can lie still without moving.

      Did you feel like you were in some kind of a trance, like your head was sinking into your pillow, hearing sounds, seeing images in your eyelids, etc.?
