I believe there are some people who can LD at will. But I think most of us have learned methods which greatly increase our chances of LDing, but are not always a sure thing. |

Essentially, anyone who can imagine things can lucid dream at will. Can you imagine biting into a lemon? Can you taste the sourness in your mouth? When we sleep we simply shut off our waking senses, shut off some of our control systems, and turn down our awareness. When our awareness returns, much of your normal input is gone and therefore you focus on this regular power of imagination that we disregard in waking life. Your ability to lucid dream at will correlates to your ability to imagine at will. |

Yeah, one day I wanna get to the point where I can close my eyes to take a nap and enter a lucid right away, thats real lucid dreaming! If you just have a lucid dream by chance (a dream induced lucid dream) then that kinda sucks because you just gotta hope for it. I think WILD is the way to go |

Lol thats how mine are sometimes. |
