Smile A tip for relaxation (when attempting WILD)

I was trying to LD last night, when I found this calming technique. When your trying to get into an SP, when you start to feel it happen, if you are a noob at it, you might get overexcited. From there you might experience light twitches from being overexcited. It is important to use it only when you start to enter an SP because if you use it anywhere else, it resets the timer for your body. This will also only work if you know how to cross your eyes. When your eyes are closed, cross your eyes downward almost as if you're looking at your nose, hold it for a few seconds, then just let go and unfocus your eyes. This will help you calm down by conorting your muscles back to normal. That being said I wish you all good luck with LDing.

      Lol,

Sounds like a good tip, I'm gonna give it a try as soon as opportunity kicks in

I guess most people's problem is with overexcitement. And that's why I'm pro meditation as WILD aid - you learn to be patient and to wait for the time of your mind to come ^^

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.
